I contracted for some back yard landscaping about ten years ago and, as part of the work, had a custom fire pit built. Unfortunately the contractor decided to place the gas line and valve to the pit within the masonry work, leaving no way to access the line should the need arise. Flash forward to about a week and a half ago, and the valve in my backyard fire pit became stripped and was no longer opening or closing with they key. I am a DIY guy 95% of the time, but I am not about to go messing around with a gas line, so I called a local fire place shop to ask about repairs. They told me the job required a plumber and recommended Lloyd's Plumbing service. I called Lloyd's, left a message and... never heard back. After a couple days I searched on my own and found Gallegos Plumbing. I called them and asked about an estimate. The gentleman told me there was no charge to have someone come out I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The communication throughout the entire process was spectacular. Within a couple minutes of hanging up the phone, I had already received an email and text confirming my pending appointment, and even had a reminder email and text the next day. Bill Jeffries was the gentleman who came to my house. He called me to let me know he was on his way and also asked me about the issue I was having with my fire pit so he could be as prepared as possible. He showed up on time and was very friendly. He took a look at my fire pit, spent time answering my questions, and walked me through three different solutions that could work. He was honest and transparent about the estimated costs for each potential solution, which I appreciated. But seeing the concerned look on my face, knowing that I was looking at a higher cost than expected due to how my fire pit was built, Bill offered a fourth solution that I could try myself, and walked me through how he would do it. In my experience, this just doesn't happen these days. Bill was genuinely interested in helping me figure out my problem and not just looking to make some money. After 30 minutes of his time, he gave me his card, shook my hand, told me to call if I needed anything, and bid me a good afternoon. I was left with no charge for the time or the visit, and a potential solution to my problem that I can try myself for the cost of a few tools and an afternoon. Gallegos Plumbing came through huge, and I feel that their service and expertise is second to none. Bill was extremely professional, friendly, and listened to me. I will most certainly be calling Gallegos Plumbing in the future for all my my plumbing needs, as mine was a great first experience. I am glad I found them, and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service in their home. It's hard to find good, honest, hard-working businesses these days who put their customers first, but Gallegos Plumbing is one of those few. Highly recommended, and I can't say thank you enough.

We recently had to tackle a severe buildup obstruction in the two-story cast iron sewer pipe of our 40-year-old home. The service team approached the problem systematically, attempting several methods to resolve the issue while managing increasing labor and cost requirements transparently. The teams worked diligently during every single appointment. When standard clearing methods weren't enough, they ultimately sectioned and removed the problematic pipe. The issue is completely resolved—our showers and sinks are draining perfectly now. Ruben, Noah, Edgar, Andrew and Ethan did a great job. Highly recommend their dedication to getting the job done right!

Great experience with Josh and Gallegos plumbing. We called for removal and replacement of old whole house water filter system as it was leaking. Josh discovered our 25 yr old pressure regulator valve was not functioning, hence the leak. We knew we had to replace the main line valve outside our house as it would not completely shut off water flow within our house. Josh agreed and recommended a ball valve. Additionally our Insinkerator faucet was leaking & we had just purchased a new one to install. Josh arrived and set about first replacing the outside regulator, ball valve and installed an automatic shut off device in case of leaks. Really beautiful work (see pict). Then into the garage. Removed old filters and installed new system. No leaking. Next into the kitchen for faucet removal and replacement. He performed all the work quickly and was super efficient. Answered all our questions. Cleaned up everything and left us in a much better place than we were before he got here...thank you Josh.

This was 3rd plumbing contractor I called for one job. The first canceled because their uncle "died". The second canceled because their techs truck was broken. When the second came out without even looking at shower immediately tried to upsell my wife on total valve change instead of cheaper cartridge change. Gallegos was on time, stuck to original agreed upon scheduling. The plumber showed up showed my wife list of options for the job and explained we wanted cartridge change and proceeded to finish job and was quick and efficient. Save yourself time and call Gallegos first. These guys are honest and great craftsmen

He is professional and diagnosed the root cause before give me an estimate. I will recommend him in the future. One thing is not usual is he asked me to pay the work in addition to the diagnose fee. Usually a customer only pay diagnose fee at visit and pay the rest after the work is done. I paid anyway, but wish he could explain to me more clearly

Josh was awesome. He was personable and easy to talk to. He easily diagnosed the issue with my kitchen faucet and promptly fixed it - then answered a lot of my questions about other plumbing issues in the house and on the property. It was the first time I’ve used Gallegos Plumbing but they will be my first call next time.

They notified me they were running long on a previous job and let me know when they would arrive which was around 7pm (after the service appointment window; this was not an issue). They worked non-stop and tried everything to clear the hard-to-reach junction for our two clogged toilets. They were done at 10pm. Despite their having a long day, they went above and beyond, had a great attitude, and worked diligently until the junction was finally cleared. We sincerely appreciated their hard work and efforts! High five to Ruben and Noah. Great team and great price! Highly recommended! I have already given our neighbor the Gallegos Plumbing contact info. :-)

Great service

Josh from Gallegos plumbing did a fantastic job for us replacing our water heater. Over the past few months we had another plumber out here three times working on our water heater only then suggesting we replace it. After some research we found Gallegos and decided to have them come out and we're very glad we did.

Technician Mario was excellent. In addition to clearing a clogged toilet, we discussed several issues related to an underground gas line, gas BBQ shutoff and install of a new bidet/toilet combo. He is very smart and an excellent communicator. I've invited Gallegos to return to install new toilet. I'll be requesting Mario by name

I usually don't hire contractors to do work around my house, many are not dependable, don't do a better job than what I can do and very expensive. Unfortunately this particular job was beyond my ability. Called Gallegos cause my water had been shut off for almost 24 hours. Showed up as they said they would, fixed my issue and charged a reasonable price. Worth it if you need a good contractor.

I was very impressed with Joseph Trevino, the plumber who fixed a malfunctioned diverter in our shower. He did a great job in identifying the replacement part and in the pouring rain drove to get the part since it was from a much older shower. I would highly recommend Gallegos Plumbing and really appreciated Joseph's knowledge and skills in plumbing. The cost was also very reasonable.

Called out for an emergency issue at my shop and the crew showed up quickly and completed the work without problems. Cleaned up and were out of there in 30 minutes. Scheduling staff was great and the workers were nice and clean.

Had a great experience with them our first appointment. Second time we had them out for a much more difficult job. There were some hiccups along the way and when I mentioned them -Jared reached out to talk to me. He understood my concerns and was truly thankful for the feedback. We have a rental property that was built in 1986. The plumbing has always been fragile and now requires more expertise to repair. I requested Gallegos plumbing to replace a flush valve recently. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly; a technician came out the next business day and replaced it at a very reasonable cost. I will gladly use them again if a plumbing issue arises.

I had a whole new problem of air bubbles in my pipes, making them shake and vibrate the walls every time I used water. It lasted for a month and they were able to come and troubleshoot it. This could have been a very expensive project ripping down walls, and they were honest and fair. All of the people on the team are helpful And they are the Plumber of choice.

First of all, Customer Service from Julie is very professional and efficient. She was able to get someone to the house within one day. Then we had the pleasure of meeting Richie who came to the house to help with the clogged toilet. He also quickly double-checked both of our shower drains and helped loosen/remove the screws on the decorative metal plate over the shower drains that were stuck. Gave us some good advice about drain maintenance and how to unclog the toilet in the future if we wanted to try it on our own.

The technician, Margarito, showed up on time, was very courteous and professional and did an excellent job fixing a low flow/low pressure problem with my Blanco kitchen faucet. He completed the job under an hour and the amount charged was very competitive.

I worked with Gallegos to replace my water heater last year and the team was straightforward, personable, professional, helpful, and communicative. When there was an error on the panel of the heater, they quickly came out today to replace the faulty component under warranty. On both occasions the plumbers went above and beyond to give me advice on work I was doing and how to best take care of the unit they installed. Can’t say enough good things about the whole team at Gallegos.

There was a little confusion with my online appointment request that never resulted in an appointment (just call instead). But when the plumber (Oscar) arrived, he was very helpful. He diagnosed problems with my home pressure regulator and my water heater. He provided reasonable quotes for the work and both jobs got done to my satisfaction. Oscar did a great job installing the tankless water heater. It didn’t quite provide hot water as fast as I expected, but Oscar came out, and improved the situation without charging. He even followed up with a phone call after a few days to be sure my expectations were met. Everyone I dealt with was very professional. I will keep Gallegos Plumbing as my plumber.

Oscar and Fernando rerouted the hot and cold lines to our guest bathroom to solve a slab leak we had in our new home. Jordan also performed leak detection for us and gave us a fair price that was well below other quotes we'd received. All three of them were efficient, communicative, and very professional. We no longer have a leak and the work was done well. I'd recommend Gallegos again.

Service technician George arrived within the window given. He informed us that unfortunately he was not able to view the videos we sent in. However, he quickly examined our issue and knew what he had to do. He quickly brought out his half-inch portable 100 ft. snake and ran the entire length thru the clean-out. At 1st, it seemed to not have any effect; water was still stuck. But after more snake movement attempt at the clean out, water started to flow. George did offer us some advise regarding other services that Gallegos plumbing offers given the age of our home and old pipes. We will be calling to set up appointment. George was very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up afterwards. He left us with a good sense of comfort. Thank you for getting us out of a clogged situation with out toilet and tub/shower situation. We are repeat customers and will continue coming back.
