The Ojai Valley is a 25-minute run up Highway 33 from our Ventura service center — same-day territory for Ojai, Meiners Oaks, Mira Monte, and Oak View across the 93023 area. Valley properties bring valley plumbing: an older housing stock, hard water on the Casitas system, and plenty of rural parcels on well water and septic — including full septic service, which we handle in-house rather than referring out. They work well with Ojai Valley Sanitary District and set up all the needed appointments. I never even needed to be there or call OVSD. They took care of everything.
