Joseph was on time, knowledgeable and very pleasant.

We’ve always had a great experience with Gallegos Plumbing. This time was no exception. Our plumber William G. replaced our water heater and the corroded knobs in our shower. He arrived early, which was a huge plus, and was very professional, courteous, clean, and friendly. He did a great job and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He was also super knowledgeable!! We really appreciate the excellent service and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber.

Understood problem and solved it quickly

When my sewer line started backing up I called Gallegos plumbing. They sent out their technician Andrew. He was right on time and did an excellent job clearing my pipes. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be using this company in the future as their technician delivered great service.

I called Gallegos Plumbing when I was worried about a possible leak after my neighbors downstairs got flooded. Jordan arrived to my house to inspect and immediately I felt at ease as he was so knowledgeable and kind. By the end of the inspection I was no longer worried, there was no leak, but we had made a plan to keep me protected in case I ever did get a leak. He had great recommendations for someone to come inspect for possible water and mold damage and he even caught my expired water heater which will now be replaced. I can’t say enough great things about Jordan and the entire Gallegos staff that helped me.

I contracted for some back yard landscaping about ten years ago and, as part of the work, had a custom fire pit built. Unfortunately the contractor decided to place the gas line and valve to the pit within the masonry work, leaving no way to access the line should the need arise. Flash forward to about a week and a half ago, and the valve in my backyard fire pit became stripped and was no longer opening or closing with they key. I am a DIY guy 95% of the time, but I am not about to go messing around with a gas line, so I called a local fire place shop to ask about repairs. They told me the job required a plumber and recommended Lloyd's Plumbing service. I called Lloyd's, left a message and... never heard back. After a couple days I searched on my own and found Gallegos Plumbing. I called them and asked about an estimate. The gentleman told me there was no charge to have someone come out I had an appointment scheduled for the next day. The communication throughout the entire process was spectacular. Within a couple minutes of hanging up the phone, I had already received an email and text confirming my pending appointment, and even had a reminder email and text the next day. Bill Jeffries was the gentleman who came to my house. He called me to let me know he was on his way and also asked me about the issue I was having with my fire pit so he could be as prepared as possible. He showed up on time and was very friendly. He took a look at my fire pit, spent time answering my questions, and walked me through three different solutions that could work. He was honest and transparent about the estimated costs for each potential solution, which I appreciated. But seeing the concerned look on my face, knowing that I was looking at a higher cost than expected due to how my fire pit was built, Bill offered a fourth solution that I could try myself, and walked me through how he would do it. In my experience, this just doesn't happen these days. Bill was genuinely interested in helping me figure out my problem and not just looking to make some money. After 30 minutes of his time, he gave me his card, shook my hand, told me to call if I needed anything, and bid me a good afternoon. I was left with no charge for the time or the visit, and a potential solution to my problem that I can try myself for the cost of a few tools and an afternoon. Gallegos Plumbing came through huge, and I feel that their service and expertise is second to none. Bill was extremely professional, friendly, and listened to me. I will most certainly be calling Gallegos Plumbing in the future for all my my plumbing needs, as mine was a great first experience. I am glad I found them, and I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service in their home. It's hard to find good, honest, hard-working businesses these days who put their customers first, but Gallegos Plumbing is one of those few. Highly recommended, and I can't say thank you enough.

My water heater blew out and Joseph came out same day to provide an estimate and install a replacement unit. Great workmanship and the price was fair (significantly less than the installer that Home Depot recommended). Consider me a repeat customer.

He assessed our problem regarding a flooding drainage issue on our property and by the next day sent estimates for three options rated best, better, and good, to give us cost options. All being good solutions. Just giving us the option of doing some digging ourselves. (Which we do a lot of). Most appreciated!

Javier did an excellent job replacing the leaking underground pipes in our yard. He was professional, and provided plenty of photos documenting the work from start to finish. We really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. Highly recommend!

Showed up on time and even though all of the local stores did not have the part we needed for the repair, he ordered the part and arranged a time the next day that worked with our schedule to come back and finish the job. In the meantime, he got the toilet functional so that we could use it whilst waiting for the part.

Requesting leak detection services is never a positive experience, or so I had previously thought. When Jordan Gobbell arrived to service my home, I relaxed and became hopeful. Jordan is the consummate professional but more importantly, he is a terrific human! Jordan did the testing, made recommendations and then took personal interest in helping me problem-solve what has become a very frustrating situation. He could have just done his job but instead he went above and beyond in the way that best friend or treasured family member might. This type of service and caring is hard to find these days. You can't train someone to be like Jordan. Either you have the heart, or you don't. Heart, personality, expertise and empathy! Jordan Gobbell has it all, something that I am most grateful for today. Josh Duran recently came to help me with a different problem in two of my bathrooms. Although I felt very frustrated, Josh was calm and supportive throughout the entire process. His recommendations were greatly appreciated! Most importantly, he gave me many options and guidance the way a family member might. So happy with the end result! Through some his recommendations, I am already planning my next projects. Most importantly, I felt very comfortable with Josh, was happy with the quality of his work and look forward to having him back for my next plumbing project.

People are being disingenuous in the reviews about high charges considering Jordan didn't charge me for a previous plumber locating the problem or for coming out in general. We were without water for half a week, because the city notified us of very high continuous water usage. Almost 8,000 gallons. It turns out there was a massive galvanized pipe leak under our turf on the side of the yard we rarely go on. It was only noticeable if you pulled the turf back and dug. We really needed the problem fixed asap, and they came back the next day spending all day digging out an area to reroute the new pipes. This meant they weren't going to dig up my whole lawn. I'm very thankful to Daniel, Jordan, and the owner for caring enough about my property to not leave it a mess. They also cleaned up after themselves. I thought I was going to have to redo my rocks. The only part that is going to be annoying is someone made an odd swirly cut on the turf rather than pull it back to that spot, so it's never going to look right unless we get new turf. The only other problem is something my dad noticed when I showed him pictures. We have old knob and tube and it was touching the copper piping. If the insulation around the wire wears out (which it always does) that pipe will become a hazard. We solved this by getting some rubberized insulation that is precut to fit around pipes at Lowe's. I can't say if almost $8k is a reasonable cost for what they did, but I saw four years ago someone had a similar issue in NorCal and it cost them $5k.

We recently had to tackle a severe buildup obstruction in the two-story cast iron sewer pipe of our 40-year-old home. The service team approached the problem systematically, attempting several methods to resolve the issue while managing increasing labor and cost requirements transparently. The teams worked diligently during every single appointment. When standard clearing methods weren't enough, they ultimately sectioned and removed the problematic pipe. The issue is completely resolved—our showers and sinks are draining perfectly now. Ruben, Noah, Edgar, Andrew and Ethan did a great job. Highly recommend their dedication to getting the job done right!

The assigned plumber JON MEDINA, did a very thorough explanation of the root cause of the problems and provided all available options and recommendations so I could choose which ones I wanted. I would highly recommend Gallegos Plumbing. First of all, their prices are very good. I didn’t have to dig into our kids’ college funds. Secondly, our plumber, Will did a great job changing out our kitchen sink faucet. He also changed out the cartridges on our RO water filter which is harder than you might think. He was on time, courteous, and professional. Everything’s perfect. He even hauled away all the old parts for us. Whenever you have plumbing related needs, call Gallegos Plumbing. I have been using Gallegos plumbing for years for my personal home and my rental and they always do a great job. Today Noah came out to replumb the dishwasher hookup because it was not done properly and caused me to have to repair the dishwasher prematurely. He completely explained why this needed to be done. Luckily he also found a slow leak at the supply valve and replaced the pipe in the wall. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I've never had a bad experience with Gallegos and wouldn't consider calling anyone else

Anthony came out to help me figure out a water sensor my insurance company wanted installed. He went way out of his way to call the company and get important information. He explained it all to me and educated me on all the details of the install. He wasn’t rushed and gave me confidence in making the right decision Anthony is friendly and knowledgeable and super professional! He answered questions I had on other services that I was interested in and facilitated getting my appointment for a tankless hot water heater set up that day. He was not pushy or focused on a sale, he just came alongside me and assisted me in the process. He even checked in with me after the tankless hot water system was installed…He wasn’t the one who installed it. My water heater quit this morning. After reading reviews I contacted Gallegos Plumbing. Within a few hours Josh Duran was at my door. It’s 2:00 pm and I have a brand new functional water heater. Josh was great in every way. 100% recommend this business, and Josh.

Wonderful experience booking our appointment, working with the company. The plumber was very experienced and knew how to address our issue. We experienced a bit of sticker shock, otherwise this would be 5 stars.

They were hired to stop a water leak outside. It turned out the builder did not use stronger schedule 80 PVC that connected to copper. Gallegos replaced PVC with copper and installed a regulator after the meter. The job took two days and about ten hours to complete. I am very happy with the outcome and will be recommending them to my neighbors. On the next morning the water pipe burst sending a river into the street. I had to shut the water at the meter. Called Gallegos Plumbing with emergency request. After a few hours they sent Nick Sendrow. He did replace some PVC pipe and covered up the dug up soil. He did a great job and the problem seems to be resolved. I feel Gallegos Plumbing is a responsible and high quality company.

Guys were friendly and professional and delivered a new waterless tank system

This was our first time using Gallegos Plumbing. They came highly recommended by a local family we are friends with who are in the construction trade. I was impressed with the plumbing professional who came out to our house the day after I called. Will Barton had in-depth knowledge on the tankless water heating system. The system needed to be properly serviced as the performance was suffering. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining the work that needed to be performed. He gave me a few options without ever being pushy or “salesman” like. It was evident he wanted to make sure problems with our tankless water heater were addressed When we have plumbing needs in the future, we Will (pun intended) reach out to Gallegos Plumbing!

Mario was dispatched to our home within two hours of our calling to repair an upstairs toilet leak the was dripping through the ceiling to the first floor. He not only repaired the leak, but checked all the other toilets in the house, including the home water pressure, providing us with recommendations as to how to address the latter. Christian came out on Saturday to follow up on a job that was started on Friday. He found the issue and made the recommendation to replace the entire gas line.

Great experience with Josh and Gallegos plumbing. We called for removal and replacement of old whole house water filter system as it was leaking. Josh discovered our 25 yr old pressure regulator valve was not functioning, hence the leak. We knew we had to replace the main line valve outside our house as it would not completely shut off water flow within our house. Josh agreed and recommended a ball valve. Additionally our Insinkerator faucet was leaking & we had just purchased a new one to install. Josh arrived and set about first replacing the outside regulator, ball valve and installed an automatic shut off device in case of leaks. Really beautiful work (see pict). Then into the garage. Removed old filters and installed new system. No leaking. Next into the kitchen for faucet removal and replacement. He performed all the work quickly and was super efficient. Answered all our questions. Cleaned up everything and left us in a much better place than we were before he got here...thank you Josh.

Gallegos Plumbing is superb! My old tired toilet was repeatedly clogged recently. Andrew Hernandez explained the benefits of replacing it and recommended one that would meet our needs. We made the appointment for the next morning. Edgar Camacho arrived the next morning. It was quickly installed. He took away the old one and left everything neat and clean. I’m highly impressed with these two tradesmen. They were so courteous and respectful. We are enjoying are new trouble free toilet.

First time using Gallegos…would definitely call again. I had a tankless water heater serviced. Josh arrived on time and worked efficiently. He answered all my questions and made suggestions for other possible work in the future. Overall a very good experience and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Anthony came out to give me an estimate to replace a standard water heater with a new tankless water heater. He was on time, friendly and super knowledgeable. Post Installation Update: According to Jose the installer the unit couldn’t be mounted where we had previously discussed so now the cord doesn’t reach the existing plug. So now I’m stuck with a water heater that I have paid for, but can’t use. I’m obviously having Electrician out when he can make it but it’s been quite a frustrating process. The installer was content to have me plug it in with the cheapest extension cord known to man and told me to just have an electrician come within a month. He told me that the manufacturer said that was OK. After doing some reading, it’s absolutely not safe so I’ve unplugged it. After talking with Anthony who came out initially the unit could have and should have been mounted where we originally discussed, not sure why Jose wasn’t able to get it done. Overall, pretty disappointed at what could’ve been a great experience if Anthony had done the installation. Seems like they should have the guy who is going to do the installation come out and do the estimate/assessment. Clearly a lot gets lost in translation when somebody else comes to actually instal the unit. I got a follow up call from the office and it does seem like the work Jose did is not in line with the service they usually provide. I will definitely be using them in the future for plumbing services but will insist that the same person who comes out to give the estimate is the one who’s doing the work.

Had Josh Duran come out and replace a shower valve. Josh was really professional and clearly explained all our options if the valve solution didn't fix the problem. (Which it did) He was very clean and put on booties over his work boots before entering the house. This is the third time using Gallegos and would use them again.
